Funded Trading

How long does an evaluation take?

There is no time limit and no minimum number of trading days, so an evaluation takes exactly as long as you need to reach the target.

There is no time limit on any of our evaluations, and no minimum number of trading days. An evaluation takes as long as you need to reach the profit target without breaching a loss limit.

Why the absence of a deadline matters

Time limits are the mechanism by which many evaluations quietly become harder than they look. A 30-day window forces a trader to take positions they would otherwise skip, simply because the clock is running. That is the opposite of the behaviour a funded account requires, and it converts a test of discipline into a test of luck.

Without a deadline, the only things that end an evaluation are reaching the target or breaching a limit. Both are entirely within your control.

What this means in practice

A trader targeting 8% who typically produces 2% a month will take roughly four months. A trader who produces the same return in two weeks will be funded in two weeks. Neither is penalised or rewarded for the pace.

There is also no penalty for pausing. If market conditions do not suit your strategy, not trading is a legitimate decision and costs you nothing.

The one caveat

Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be archived for administrative reasons; the terms of your agreement set out the exact period. If you plan a long pause, this is worth checking first.
